Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional underwear and lingerie manufacturer with over 10 years of experience. Hong Kong Winsun Co., Ltd. operates its own manufacturing factory in Shantou, China, specializing in seamless bras, panties, shapewear, wire-free contour bras, luxury lingerie sets and different types of cut & sewn intimates.
We provide OEM and ODM services for lingerie brands, wholesalers and retailers worldwide.
Do you offer OEM and private label services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and private label manufacturing services. You can customize:

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product style and level of customization. In-stock designs carry a lower MOQ, while fully customized designs require a higher MOQ per style and color. We keep our MOQ flexible to support new brands and growing businesses — please share your target styles and quantities and our sales team will confirm the best options for your order.
How about the sampling lead time?
Customized items: sampling usually takes 7–10 days, depending on design complexity and material availability. Our sample room with experienced pattern makers ensures accurate development according to your tech pack or reference samples.
Wholesale / in-stock items: within about 3 days.
What is your production lead time?
Bulk production normally takes 25–40 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on order quantity and customization requirements. With stable production capacity and efficient supply-chain management, we ensure on-time delivery for large orders.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet different customer needs. Common methods include:
- Sea Freight — the most cost-effective option for bulk orders.
- Air Freight — faster delivery for urgent shipments.
- Express Delivery — suitable for samples or small orders via international couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
Our team will recommend the most suitable method based on your order quantity, destination and delivery timeline.
What trade terms do you support?
As a professional underwear manufacturer, we support multiple international trade terms, including FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), EXW (Ex Works) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Can you help arrange shipping?
Yes. We have extensive export experience and work with reliable logistics partners to arrange international shipments. If you already have a designated freight forwarder, we can coordinate directly with your logistics agent to ensure smooth delivery. Most of our customers choose FOB or CIF, but we can also assist with other shipping arrangements when needed.
How do I place an order with your factory?
Simply send us your tech pack, reference samples or product requirements. After reviewing the details, we will provide a quotation and arrange sample development before bulk production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for samples, and other methods upon agreement.
