Sampling Lead Time
- Customized items: approximately 7–10 days, depending on design complexity and material availability.
- In-stock / wholesale items: usually within about 3 days.
Sample Fees
Sample fees are quoted per style according to the design, fabric and level of customization. Courier / shipping charges for samples are borne by the buyer. Please contact our sales team with your style details for an exact sample quotation.
Refund of Sample Fees
Once you place a confirmed bulk order, the sample fee can be deducted from or refunded against your order, subject to the arrangement agreed in your order confirmation.
Sample Approval
We recommend approving a pre-production sample before bulk production to confirm design, measurements, fabric and quality. This helps ensure the mass production matches your expectations.
