These Terms & Conditions govern the use of winsunhk.com and cooperation with Hong Kong Winsun Co., Ltd. for OEM & ODM lingerie and knitted underwear manufacturing.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the specifications, quantities and customization you provide, and are valid for the period stated in each quotation. Prices are subject to change with material cost and order requirements.
Orders & Samples
Orders are confirmed after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Pre-production samples are recommended before bulk production to confirm design, fabric, fit and quality.
Production & Delivery
Stated production and delivery lead times are estimates based on order quantity and customization. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, customs, carrier delays, etc.).
Payment
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and other methods upon agreement. Payment terms are confirmed per order.
Intellectual Property
Designs, artwork, logos and tech packs you provide remain your property and are used only to fulfil your order. All content on this website (text, images, layout) is the property of Hong Kong Winsun Co., Ltd.
